This effect, I obtained using combinations of some filters in the GIMP (waves, distortions, etc).

The only problem is that, if I to want to make another accurately equal image to this, I I would not obtain.

The result would be one another image with drawing different, nape of the neck would leave an identical image to another one.

PS: It forgives if not to understand very well what I typed. My English is not very good :(
