This is just a fusion of my two favorite emerald theme:
- Murrine Green Deviant by electo7 (Button)

and I think the resulting theme is not so bad ;D (it's better with the blur effect)

I have no clue about licenses. I'm still too new to add to that.

Yes you did combine two themes, but you did a beautiful job in doing it. So 2 thumbs up. :)
