Description:

Keramik skin for Opera, based on the default widget style and colour scheme of KDE 3.1 and 3.2. Icons from Everaldo, by way of Kreg Wallace's Emil skin.

I really like all my applications to match, and Opera is my favourite browser. Got tired of waiting for someone else to do it. The downside is that now I can never switch my widget style or colour scheme again ;)

place in ~/.opera/skin/ and choose keramik in Opera skins menu. For Keramik menus, start opera with 'opera -style keramik'

Changelog:

0.3
Removed "default" button, it just farked stuff up. bleh
Fixed transparency on buttons etc so they don't look as bad on webpages. Not perfect, but better

0.2
Removed glow effects on hover. Hover looks like keramik hover now.
Added default button (button with border around it)
Fixed status bar.
Fiddled with tabs.
Clean-up of some images.
New splash image :)

0.1
First release. Hover, pressed, selected states are there where they apply.

TODO:
think of better(?) name, like Operamik ;)

do a better fix of button shadows

maybe fix panel selectors to better match Konquerors

Yeah, I've submitted it there now. I thought I'd announce it here as it was made specifically to integrate Opera into KDE, ala Keramikzilla.

Thanks for the suggestion :)

 Opera made in Qt?

Isn't Opera a Qt application?
If yes, shouldn't it look like KDE applications right from the box?

It used to be. With Opera 7 they implemented their own widgets, all except the menus, so no it unfortunately can't use QT themes anymore :(

How do you get transparent menus like in the second screenshot? My menus are still "solid"...
