Description:

these are KDE-IceWM window blinds which fit in style with the "KDE-13" wallpaper which can be found here in the 1024x768-wallpapers

it's called "KDE-13" because of some strange incidents, but i kept the name... it has surely nothing to do with some 13th version of KDE :)

Changelog:

this is a KDE/IceWM quick-hack, it is not intended for use with native IceWM, but only for KDE's IceWM window styles.

i have tested it _only_ on KDE 3, it should work with KDE 2.x as well, but don't rely on this since i have never done any stuff for KDE 2.x and i don't know if something is possibly missing

for the real effect you should enable "Use theme title text colors" and disable "Menu button always shows application mini icon"; by doing so you get the look as intended, but that's optional, it's also prepared to show the application's icon and you can use other titlebar text colors if you like to

note: this is work in progress. i am preparing a whole "KDE-13" theme, including wallpapers in 640,800,1024, IceWM as well as native window styles, an icon theme and a noatun skin and possibly more stuff

don't expect anything too soon since i don't have much spare time to do this stuff

enjoy

for some reason window decorations are of lower quality, on average, than other parts of the desktop. Even mosfet's new one for liquid isn't too exciting, but this one is great! Sober but not too minimalistic, ad I love the "quiet", but visible colours!

Great job! I am looking forward for your theme!

it's very plain though, i could have spent more time on the details, that's why i called it a "quick-hack"; instead i decided to put this on as a pre-release and i have begun working writing a kwin engine, which is far better than the simple IceWM support in KDE

while coding the engine i'm doing the neccessary artwork for the other parts; the icons esp. will take the most time

please write a short comment about what you like or dislike or what you'd like to see in a kwin engine, i'm not doing this only for me but for the KDE community - and that is all of you
