Description:

Maybe I'm not the best with inkscape, and maybe this idea can be improved a
lot,... and maybe there are more impressive and original designs than this... but here's my wallpaper for KDE. Even not being between the best I had a lot of fun creating it... :)

Please improve it and use it if you like!

The .zip file contains the .svg file
and a 1024x768 wallpaper.

There's something about this wallpaper that I like - it's quite different from the average wallpaper but the cartoonish style and the funny airplanes make it very suitable for a younger audience, maybe for elementary (or is it called K-12) school use. I might try to toy around with your design, see if I can add a finishing touch.

That was my intention, a cartoonish style. I think there are a lot of [adult] people using funny icons and styles out there, but there are not too many suitable wallpapers. And, also consider that there are a lot of kids using KDE... :)
