Goojim

News: Goojim is now in SVN-trunk for Gajim now and will be included in the next release. Thanks for all feedback I've gotten so far. I'll keep the theme updated here since not everyone runs SVN (it's only for testing) and the next release probably is quite far away still.

This is an icon theme trying to emulate the feel of GTalk in Gajim.

It's not pixel perfect matched to GTalk; but then again, it doesn't aim to be, since it isn't a direct copy of the GTalk theme - but an inspirational derivate adding status icons for all the states in Gajim.

Not being a complete clone copy leaves room for me to continue improving on the icons while keeping the theme sites away from trouble, and creating them from scratch was lots of fun anyway. :)

And, oh - of course it is usable with other Jabber servers too, and probably the theme is portable to Gaim and the likes.

Installation instructions:

Linux:

tar zxf goojim-0.2.tar.gz
sudo cp -r goojim /usr/share/gajim/data/iconsets/

(or /usr/local/share/gajim/data/iconsets/ if you've installed Gajim from source)

Windows:

Unpack goojim-0.2.tar.gz to C:\Program Files\Gajim\Data\Iconsets (depending on where you chose to install Gajim).

Don't forget to that you'll have to restart Gajim before the theme becomes usable.

0.4: Added two 48x48 icons (online and offline) for compability with the 0.10 branch of Gajim. The iconset might get added to the project. Stay tuned!

0.3: Edited the message alert icon for improved visibility.

0.2: Changed the offline state to look more like the GTalk one. The screenshot was updated due to this too, of course.
