 you're a prick!

this wallpaper isn't funny. this man is responsible for all tragic fates that happened to people who were against communist regime during the soviet era. thousands of people were deported in livestock wagons to Siberian slave camps in 1941 and 1949. if you ever happen to travel to Latvia, visit the Occupation Museum - http://www.occupationmuseum.lv/ (where no Russian politician would go because Russia doesn't admit occupation of many countries during the WW2, including the Baltic states) and maybe you'll reconsider about posting wallpapers such as this one.

I agree with you.

I asked if he would do a Hitler version, so we could have all the genocide herores lined up....he wouldn't. Guess murder is okay, only as long as it is in the name of socialism.

He offered to do a Mao version instead, though.

I said "no", because Hitler was not a Communist. The focus of the series was in regards to communist leaders.

You're right, Stalin is not one to be idolized. I only did this image as a slap in the face to shoemakermfg, for his hateful remarks on my Lenin wallpaper. If that makes me a prick, then so be it.

What about Bush? Should THAT prick be idolized? Stalin, Hitler, Bush... no difference.....

However, I personally like the text format used.... It could do without the picture of Stalin...

Either way, the creator of this wallpaper is ignorant of history. Stalin was dictator of USSR, not just Russia.

Ignorant of history?

Not quite.

This piece was made more in satire, mainly to get a rise out of Steve (shoemakermfg), because of his reaction to my "I'm Communism" wallpaper.

I am well aware of Stalin's crimes against humanity, so don't preach to the choir.

i understand that this is made of satire, but i - who like your other art - think that this pic does not make it easier for good old capitalists or other ignorant folks (no offence intended to anyone here, seriously) to see the difference between lenin and stalin, which is a graet difference i think.
this will most likely just strengthen the prejudices people have about socialsim/marxism or communsim.
please keep up the socialist work but try not get yourself banned for stuff like this, many do not understand the satire in this.

I have enough faith in the administration's judgement, that I can let this image stand on its own. After reviewing the comments left by myself and other users on this piece, my intent is evident. If this image is removed due to the spiteful nature in which it was posted, then I will concede. However, I believe that the administration will allow the users to decide by way of democratic vote, which is the purpose of the voting function anyway.

i'm not going to try to appeal against communism (i tried that already) with you, but this is just plain wrong. your work sparks controversy. a lot of people are not going to like it, and there is nothing you can do about it. but posting pictures of the people (regardless of your beliefs) who have caused more deaths than i want to keep track of is in no way proper and in many ways hateful. if you don't like what people say about your work, don't post it.

Honestly, I love my work and don't give two gravy-flavoured-sh1ts whether or not you're offended.
