Description:

I created this mockup with the idea that Kmenu, Taskbar and System Tray would be unified with a dock into panel.

I hate searching applications with menus. This is my concept of desktop, wich is more easy and usseful, in my opinion. KDE would be nicer!

The indicator for open apps, and the rolling icon, it's a OS X dock that you're showing

And it's impossible to manage it with non-KDE apps. All Mac apps are manage by the system. the system can stop any app with no problem, coz the dock is directly link to the system.

If a X11 app is open under KDE, KDE can't stop it as easily as OS X does. Maybe something like that could be make (a shortcut in icon submenu, that link to a kill command with the Pid of the app), but it's only a remake of the OS X's dock
