ITA LANGUAGE: Il codice fiscale in Italia è un codice alfanumerico a lunghezza fissa di 16 caratteri, ispirato dall\'uso biblioteconomico, che serve ad identificare in modo univoco ai fini fiscali e amministrativi i cittadini, le associazioni non riconosciute, i contribuenti e gli stranieri nati e domiciliati nel territorio italiano. Il codice fiscale viene attribuito alla nascita o alla costituzione per le associazioni. Per tutti i soggetti contribuenti non persone fisiche dotati di una partita Iva (trust, stabili organizzazioni, società, associazioni riconosciute, fondazioni) la stessa normalmente ha anche funzione di codice fiscale. Per le società iscritte nel Registro delle imprese, anche se tutte dotate di un codice fiscale, in base al diritto, l\'identificativo legale è il Rea, anche se non viene utilizzato dall\'Agenzia delle entrate.



ENG LANGUAGE: The tax code in Italy is an alphanumeric code with a fixed length of 16 characters, inspired by the use of library, which is used to uniquely identify the tax and administrative citizens, non-recognized associations, taxpayers and foreigners born and domiciled the Italian territory. The tax code is assigned at birth or the constitution for associations.
