In response to your request, I uploaded the other sizes. I also have a couple of xmms skins. I think I will upload them in 'other' since there does not seem to be a section dedicated to xmms skins.

How do you get the horizontal bars effect?
I've seen it in other pictures, but don't know what the effect is called. Really like it though!

In gimp, right-click on your image and select 'Filters | Distorts | Video' from the menu. Make sure the 'Stripes' radio button is selected and click the 'OK' button. You can select an area and apply the effect to the selected area.

thanks a lot!
one more question...when I apply that effect, i see a lot red and green in mine, but not so much in yours. Is it because this background is a solid, dark blue or is there something else I need to do? Thanks a bunch for your help.

Yes, it might be because of the dark colors. In cases where I want to get rid of the red and green, I 'colorify' the selected area. This will apply a tint and is only useful if you don't mind the selected area being tinted the same color.

How do you get the horizontal bars effect? I've seen it in other pictures, but don't know what the effect is called. Really like it though!
