Description:

based off of Silver by zws ( http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Silver?content=96370 ) and Slickness for GnoMenu by TwoPointOh ( http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Slickness+for+GnoMenu?content=98168 )

I just thought other people might enjoy this.

And PLEASE feel free to fix it so it will show icons. I'm new at this and not sure what I've done wrong as to why they won't show up. *shrugs*

It has since been fixed, as it was only a problem on my end.

To Install:

Right click on GnoMenu
Select Preferences
Click on Menu Theme on the left (it is selected by default)
Click on the install Icon (Looks like a plus "+" sign)
When it says theme installed, you know you're done! :D

Changelog:

04.02.2009: Updated screenshot

05.02.2009: Uploaded screenshot and package of 0.0.2 - only change is the menu and search bar background color

 icons in gnomenu

by TwoPointOh on: Feb 3 2009

The Slickness theme does not show icons on buttons, which is what GnoMenu displays the menu items as. To change that, open the Slickness gtkrc file and change gtk-button-images from 0 to 1.

Thank you! I was able to edit it and it works now. I appreciate your help very much. I had honestly thought that it was something I had done that had caused the icons not to show up.

I did one of these, but had to reformat. You did it better than mine was. New favorite, thanks a lot.

Oh, suggestion? I'd change the color of the menu to something not white. It's hard to see with a darker skin.

Does a pale gray make it better? (I'm about to upload a newer version as to see what you think)
