most of the icons in the screenshot are from the set called 'Zenith' here at kde-look.org. It's not an icon set that you can install, though. You have to select an icon for each application manually.

The last time I checked, 'Zenith' was the second highest rated icon set. Go to the icon section and click on the 'highest rated' tab.

The e on the kde looks more like an s, or the winamp sign.

Btw, windows bashing is pointless. I'm content with linux and don't see the point in trying to make everyone else convert.
