Some of the files/images have incorrect permissions:
$ chmod 0644 ./StartCrystal/*
Also, the Linux Mint icon has not been converted from the GIMP source (.xcf).

I had to change permissions on the folder and its contents to be able to use it:
$ chmod -R 0755 ./a0x |

My desktop environment (LXDE) needs the section "[Icon Theme]" instead of "[Cursor Theme]". |

Not sure about other desktops but my LXDE environment needs "[Icon Theme]" instead of "[Cursor Theme]" in the index.theme file. |
