A proper lightweight Qt music player supporting phonon! Thanks a lot, I was losing faith already. Two comments:
(1) It seems I cannot go back to the currently played list after browsing the library while listening.
(2) The scroll-wheel volume change value: 10; is too steep, most apps use 3 or 5. |

I began working on a quantumsvg clone for this some time ago until I realized that the prettiness of these mockups does not come from the theme itself.
It comes from the properly designed interfaces: Truly minimalist designs with liberally applied white space and correct alignment, proximity and closure.
These mockups also use interface elements that will not exist in current KDE apps or are begin used differently.
If KDE application developers start designing their interfaces like these any theme would look this good. |

I'm trying to replicate the ComboBox in http://kde-look.org/CONTENT/content-pre1/101283-1.jpg
But it is impossible since both ComboBox and PushButton use PE_PanelButtonCommand as the source. Thus the frame intended for the PushButton gets between the ComboBox "drop down list" and the ComboBox "drop down button".

I can`t believe we have custom gradients now!, thanks a lot. Although I noted a problem with my custom gradients.
It seems a 1 pixel line is begin rendered with the background color instead of the top of the defined gradient. This is a screenshot of the potential bug:

I did mess up things a few times without noticing it.
But I think a non intrusive notification (see dolphin notifications) would be a better choice. |

But should be have to consider a list of exceptions.
For example, if you are currently dragging a window around, or you are using the middle mouse button to scroll around an image in Gimp.
Probably a exception list manually set up would be enough. |
