For the first part, open up ~/.themes/Watercolor Flat/gtk-3.0/settings.ini in a text editor. I think the setting you want to change is "ntext_color" - change it to #FFFFFF for white. This might make everything white though.
As for animated progress bars, I'll look into it. Do you know of any themes that have it for an example I can work off of? Thanks. |

In order for root to have access to the theme, you need to place it in /usr/share/themes rather than ~/.themes/ |

Good to hear! I can't wait.
The theme works perfectly in Cinnamon (except having some white on light fonts in the system settings), I meant a theme for Cinnamon itself (the panel, mostly). This would probably be easier for the author of Contrail, as his Gnome-shell theme is pretty much what is required for Cinnamon... oh well. thanks for the great theme! |

I'd really love to see a Cinnamon theme for this. It's perfect! Almost...
on Gnome 3.6 I can't select it as my window theme. Well, I can, but it doesn't take effect.
Also, checkboxes are often ambiguous - it's impossible to tell whether it is checked or not.

Yeah this is with gnome-shell and gdm is already my default display manager. It works fine on Unity. |

yeah this is gnome-shell 3.6.0-0ubuntu. Could it be because I upgraded from Ubuntu 12.04? |

I switch the GTK+ Theme / Current Theme to GnomishDark. The GTK+ theme makes the dropdown menus really ugly, changing the current theme does nothing (my window decorations stay the same). When I do an alt+F2 "r", the window decorations change to "Simple"

It's not only your theme that does this (although the GTK+ Theme looks particularly bad with this theme) - about half my themes won't change the window decorations. |

It doesn't seem to work with 3.6... am I doing something wrong? I extracted it to ~/.themes/ and switched to it using the Tweak Tool. No luck. |
