No luck downloading lb 4. Some kind of redirection error.
I've tried to dl lb for mandriva 586, but bit seems to be the same problem with other distros, as well as the source. |

Hi!
I just can't get the hang of this (great-looking!)
program. I'm sure that it can do everything I need, but
there are a couple of things that really confuse me.
First, I can't get it to insert the actual time from the
video that's playing. It always inserts 00:00.
Second, when I've finally got som lines together, I can't
save them. The save dialog always jumps back to "Save
subtitle", and reverts to the default .ass setting (I want
to use .srt). I can't even save as .ass, btw :)
Is there some kind of manual that could get me started? I
tried the Help button, of course, but the needed .xml file
is missing.

Distro: Mandriva 2010.0

I've been trying ver. 0.2 today, and it's just excellent! Very easy to handle, and extremely powerful.
The ability to be run from the command line is especially useful, but the UI is great as well.
Suddenly I understand why everybody's been talking about the power of rsync for all these years :)
Kudos to the author for writing this badly needed utility! |

I found the program easy to work with, as far as manual backups are concerned. Very flexible, and very fast.
But I haven't found out how to start it from the command line, so I could run it as a cron job. It doesn't seem to take any parameters. Or is it just me getting blind? :) |

Maybe it would be even better to make it a submenu to "Actions", but it sure is a useful tool, especially with the root option. |
