Have you sorted out how to authenticate with OAuth yet? Twitter has switched over finally so this script isn't useful anymore until it has been updated to use it. |

I've discovered that the script doesn't work well with the ampersand character (&). Anything before the & gets tweeted but the & and everything after is dropped. |

While I'm sure there are people out there who love to spam Twitter with each and every song they listen to people I know would quickly unfollow me if I did that. However, they don't mind when I occasionally tweet the album I'm listening to. In addition to the "Tweet on Trackchange" you should have a "Tweet on Album Change" setting which only sends the artist and album with customizable text. |

I once again had to rebuild my workstation for various reasons. I've installed your app again and have configured it in addition to linking my phone to my bluetooth adapter. I'm now having problems keeping the connection between kblueproximity and my phone steady. It will connect then go gray saying no connection is established. It just cycles through gray->yellow->green->gray non-stop.
Any thoughts on what might be the problem?
I'm using KDE 3.5.x, my phone is a T-Mobile Dash and my bluetooth adapter is made by Kensington. |

I've added this script to Amarok and configured it. When I set it up in Facebook I can get it to display properly in a tab but, when I try to add it to the wall it only displays a bunch of text that says:
"No content to display.
This box will not be visible to people who view your profile until this application adds content to it."
Is this a bug or is there something I need to do to make it display properly? |

Whenever a new album is loaded it places the songs themselves in a random order. Amarok itself isn't playing them randomly though. They are played sequentially in the order they are loaded. I checked the configuration options but this isn't an option.
Has anyone else experienced this and know how to stop it from happening? |

A suggestion: Allow user to determine if only one album should be played, how many successive albums are to be played or leave it at the default which is its current behaviour (it continues to reload the playlist with a new album until told to stop). |

I'm also wondering why a Random Album dynamic playlist isn't included. While it is one more step to go to the script manager and run it manually it is worth it for the function I'm looking for. Good job and thanks much.

I've recently had to rebuild my system and in the process lost my configs for this. I've downloaded and installed it again but when I run it from the menu I get a version which I've always had problems with. This being the straight proximity.sh which is invoked from start_proximity.sh.
It never runs the kscreensaver options and locks no matter how close I am. I think I used to use the GTK version as is shown in the screenshots. However, now I run a different interface when invoked using the method above.
If I attempt to run kproximity.sh directly I get the following error:

I've installed pybluez, python-devel, python-configobj, libbtctl, kdebluetooth, bluez-libs and bluez-utils. Why won't it run? |

Ok, you can ignore that last one too. I guess I need to have xscreensaver running in order for KScreensaver to work.
