| Problems in a Debian system

Hi;
I am currently running Debian wheezy stable with xfce 4.8 desktop. When I try Mediterranean white/night, I am having the problem that the synaptic package manager's Authentication dialog box becomes white text on white background. Is there any workaround for this? Debian is currently using gtk-3.4. Would the problem be related to it? If so, is there a version of your theme that I can use for the gtk-3.4 version?
I have another problem that the weather applet of xfce 4.8 does not obey the dark panel versions of Mediterranean theme. I am ending with black panel with black text for the weather applet. Any suggestions?

I am using xfce 4.8 in Debian Wheezy stable. I set up gtk integration for java applications myself, it was not configured by default. I tried the other themes including greybird, adwaita etc and all have the same problem with geogebra.
I tried to upgrade geogebra but the new version also has the same issue. You have a gap between the application menu and the xfwm4 windows. When you click the menu with the mouse, the menus partially close the gap.
I tried another java application Freeplane, it does not have this issue. It looks like a (mostly) gtk application. |

Hi:
I am trying to use your theme in my xfce4.8 system, with gtk3.4. Everything works fine except for a java application Geogebra. There is a small gap between the xfwm4 windows and the application, which is visible especially when I try the Zen-bicolor theme. When I click the application menu, the gap somewhat narrows down but still visible.
I am not sure if it is due to a bug in the system or it is a theming problem. Any suggestions? |

It is a very nice idea to let plasma use system color schemes. However, I have a problem in aya with dark color schemes.
If you select any dark color scheme in system settings; say obsidian with aya as the plasma theme, then, you will not be able to see text in the text box when you select 'add widget' from your desktop. The text is very light such that it does not allow you to see what you are typing. When I change to another theme, e.g. oxygen I can see the text in the textbox.
I installed the latest aya (from kde-look.org) locally in my desktop. I am not sure whether this is due to a bug in kde plasma or an issue related to aya theme though. |

Thank you, if you could add a few more icons for the qtdesigner, kid3, kmplot, marble; I guess the reflektions icon set would be reasonably complete. |

And a few more additions like calligra office suite (words, kexi, krita etc.); skrooge, tellico, goldendict, qstardict would be very nice. |

I forgot to mention a few more icons mainly from kdeedu packages, namely cantor, kalgebra, kig, parley kwordquiz etc. and perhaps lyx. Addition of these icons to Reflektions would be great. |

I just tried the update with kteatime, sweet. I do still have the problems with clementine, when I pin it to the icon tasks, it is monochrome. When I start, clementine icon becomes colourful original version. It is monochrome in the system tray though, I can confirm this. I am making a local installation of reflektions icon set, perhaps it is related to this but I really can't figure out what is wrong.
I have another problem with vlc, its icon is reflektions monochrome but when I start it, the icon changes to colorful original one both in the system tray and icon tasks manager. I guess it may be a problem similar to that of skype and yawp?
I also hope that you could add rsibreak icon and tomatoid plasmoid (another personal favorite) to the reflektions. |
