| Crashes kwin

Hi,
I've had success with this in the past but this version (and the last two or three versions) repeatedly crashes kwin if I select both the theme and window decoration. Just the window decoration on it's own (with another style) is ok.
How can I collect some useful information to give you so the problem can be identified and solved?
I am using Pardus 2009.2 with KDE 4.4.5.

Well, I had rebooted after installing and before I posted about this. But now, after having to reboot again a couple of times, all is well. Oxygen appears in the style and windows dropdown selection lists and the options/preferences are there and work as they should.
Don't know why it didn't work before.

Yes, lots of stuff under /usr/kde/4.
It's like this:
/usr/kde/4/bin
/usr/kde/4/env
/usr/kde/4/include
/usr/kde/4/lib
/usr/kde/4/share
/usr/kde/4/shutdown
with:
/include
/lib
/share
having more folders under them.
/usr/lib/kde4 is completely empty.
I am using a Turkish distro called Pardus. Maybe they are using a non-standard layout, I don't know because this is the first KDE based distro I have used.

Hi,
After installation, Oxygen does not appear in the style drop-down list (it is there in the windows list but a message indicates that there was probably an error in loading the plugin).
Typing "oxygen-settings" in krunner brings up a Widget Style window which tells me it's unable to find the oxygen style and decoration configuration plugins.
Compilation went well except for these two warnings:
