I think it is a good and featureful software but I don`t understand why it is not very popular, maybe not introduced very well.
I read author opinions on his site and I think he is right. Personally, I appretiate his work.

For suse 10 users : In Suse 10, the make install creates and copies the application folder and icons under /usr/local/kde which is not usually in the path. Either modify your path or copy the contents to /opt/kde/... . Although you can change the make install options! |

Really cool, much of congratulations to developer team. I had some ideas about developing new applications but cuz I didn`t master Qt I couldn`t make them real.
Really great.
But one questions: Is there any chance in future to develope SDI applications in Gambas? Or at the other hand, the Gambas is is not meant to be so ? |

Is it possible to make the kompile progress bar more realastic? I mean the progress bar now only shows the progress of steps, not the time elapsed or remaining. Hope to be so. The initial size of source-files in the package maybe helpful.

Extremely useful and I felt somehow time saving. Really great job. Using current beta version for more than a week, I encountered no problem. I am not a programmer yet, but from user aspect, it is a very useful tool that must be included in distros (although I am not aware of similar tools if there is any).
