Oh please, pretty please, talk to the kde devs about what you're doing, because that's exactly the good way kde should be going, kde is amazingly powerfull, but all of this power is cramed up in the context menus, your sidebar is great and usefull. It's so frustrating as an user to see so many people making cool things here and in kde-apps for kde, but not talking to kde devs in order no improve kde....

I'm not a developer or anything.... but I think that with kde, and kparts that would be possible :)) Let's hope he does that... |

I don't get that bug. Send it to the author, I'm sure he'll appreciate it.

Hi, I use ubuntu, and I do this:
1 - put debian unstable repositories in /etc/apt/sources.list. I use this line:
'deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free'
2-update apt (sudo apt-get update)
3-install the failed dependencies (sudo apt-get install whatever)
4-install the package (dpkg -i qcomicbook-version.deb)
5-remove debian repositories again
6-update apt back to normal (same as 2):)
works fine for me :)

I don't know if this is possible, but a graphical dcop browser as one of the actions when alarms ring would be great. This way, common users like myself could configure really amazing things. |
