It seems that the Air bluetooth icons are in preferences.svgz so I just copypasted your icon there with inkscape, plus a grey one for -inactive (don't know if it's necessary), changing the id field as suggested here: http://islingt0ner.deviantart.com/art/Gaia10-KDE-Plasma-Theme-180131334?offset=0#comments.

the shutdown dialog and plasma-netbook look nice now :)
the bluetooth icon doesn't show up, I was thinking to a naming issue but I really can't find the Air bluetooth icon for comparison - which is correctly displayed using that theme.
it *should* be in /usr/share/kde4/apps/desktoptheme/default/icons/ but, well, it's not there :( |

Finally! I was hoping for a decent dark theme like this!
A few though:
A little usability flaw: in the shutdown window you can hardly tell what option is selected (logout, shutdown...)
You could also change the selection colour, it looks a bit ugly, expecially when using the kde netbook search&launch activity. Maybe using the Lucid colour scheme? Check http://www.taranfx.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/lucid-lynx.jpg It looks a bit better IMHO
Maybe the fav panel in search&launch could be less glossy and more plain, in line with the overall look.
The more tray icons the merrier! - although only the bluetooth one is really necessary.
But those are just minor, mostly personal issues: great work! :D

You should name the theme "faenza-cupertino" in the tarball too, right now it overwrites the original faenza theme.
