You are not the only one to notice this problem! I can't understand why artists from all over the Linux community have't jumped on this!
You are so right when you say it compares with WindowBlinds. I had spent about $150 US on window blinds for my Windows system when I used it.
The stinky thing is, when .kth themes are written, they work soooooo well. Hope someone will jump on this soon. Thanks for bringiing it up.

Thank you very much for this theme. When I show people this computer with this theme and they use it on my computer they instantly feel at home coming from MS.
Would you consider porting it to the new kde theme manager (3.3). Appreciate the hard work involved and keep it up.

Thank you very much for the .thm themes. These worked 100% in the new 3.3x theme manager on Xandros. Would you consider doing the same for kbl or kbml, and maybe one of the kdexp_full themes?
