My wife is from Poland, her family is especially thankful for the brave Russian lliberators, who liberated food and other resources to the safety of Moscow for forty years.

First the world knows that the United States has nuclear weapons, what is there to declare?

Second the United States signed the Chemical Weapons Treaty banning chemical weapons and authorizing inspections that can be demanded by any party that has signed the treaty, what do you have left to declare?

Bioweapons? You'll have to shutdown every veterinary resaerch program that studies anthrax and other animal diseases.

Re: WHY?
Mar 14 2003  on poll Is war agains Iraq the answer?

Why can the French and Russians have those same weapons and not agree to disarm as well? Why is it okay for the French to circumvent the UN and sell weapons to Iraq? Why is it okay for a French oil company to secure a 60 billion dollar oil deal with Hussein? Why is it okay for the French to support the murdering dictator Robert Mugabe? Why was it okay for the French to support ethnic cleansing in Rawanda? Did the French not also insist that debate and diplomacy was the answer while ethnic Albanians in Kosovo were being butchered?

Aside from being a red herring your comment has ignores the fact that the US is a signatory on the chemical weapons treaty and is in fact subject to inspections by other treaty members. This of course in addition to SALT and other arms reduction and nuclear non-proliferation treaties.

If you wish I would be more then happy to give you a tour of Rocky Flats (nuclear weapons facility) and Rocky Mountain Arsenal (chemical weapons storage facility). Rocky Flats has been "decommisioned" for about 10 years and Rocky Mountain Arsenal is a wildlife preserve.
