All I see in v.4 is a GTK theme but no Emerald theme. Perhaps you forgot to include it? |

This looks quite nice... very consistent throughout. It integrates well with QT themes, as well. One thing I've noticed is that the rounded corners of the theme aren't as smooth as the corners of the mock-up, although I imagine you can't get the same anti-aliased look with Metacity.
