I like the idea of transparancy where you can click through the window (to the one behind). This actually could make transparancy _functional_!!

Although you made it look very ugly, this is actually a great idea. Just hover over over it, and you save a few clicks. It should look a lot neater though :P

Faster simultaneous file-copying seems like a great step forward. However, - I believe simultaneous copying will always be slower; - the possibility to manage your transfer processes doesn't seem like a bad option.
