I understand your feeling that some pictures are inappropriate, however, I don't feel that your crusaide of internet hollyness should begin with kde-look... There are many other and many more hurtful offenders. Some people forget that their values do not represent everyones values. I am not religious, but I am respectful of your rights and of your opinions, please be respectful of the rights and opinions of others. |

I'm sorry, but it is not your place to impose your morals on other people. There are places in the world (outside of the U.S. and Afghanistan) where the human body is not looked at as the devil. In Germany the most popular 'newspaper' (Die Bild Zeitung) often has topless women on the cover. You don't however, see a breakdown in social structure, or a decay of family values. You have a society where morals are determined at home, not by 1 or 12 religious conservatives who do not agree with what you want. If you don't like the content of kde-look, you are free not to view it, but don't impose your views onto everyone else |

I don't think that the name KMagick really helps to identify what the program does. KImageMenu, while utilitarian, is more descriptive and might help get your great extensions the use they deserve. |

As with the others IANAL, but reverse engineering is completely legal. The only "exceptions" come if the files have any sort of copy protection that requires disabling or cracking (e.x. DVD's macrovision) or if the code you use uses code stolen from copyrighted projects.
Outside of the two above exceptions reverse engineering is completely legal. They can copyright content (e.x. sell skin files), but they can't enforce how that copyrighted content is used. (how these skins will be used)
Just my non-professional two cents.

on my SUSE 9.1 x86_64 system I had to extract the run installer and add the following to the configure flags --enable-libsuffix=64 After doing that I make it through the configures, but hang on compiling apollon with the following errors.

I really love this wallpaper... one of the best I have seen in a long long time. Although I must admit that I'm not sure if I am fond of the bevel on the top or not.

That is by far the best Icon theme I have seen to date. I would love to have a complete icon set based off of that. I'm no artist and have never used blender, but in the spirit of the community, send me an e-mail if there is anything another body can do to help.
