I'd prefer one of the ideas mentioned in the comments, proposing to display only high rated ``off-topic'' wallpapers.
I might repeat myself, but ``kde-related'' wallpapers is a notion too subjective to be really fair. Some Wallpapers are especially great with a KDE desktop. Maybe they won't be that great with any other desktop, that's why I think they should remain accessible from kde-look.
They are kind of ``kde-related'' if you want, but not for every single person :)

some wallpapers, even if they do not mention KDE directly, are really great with a {standard,tuned} KDE desktop. It would be a shame to censor such great artworks, just because the author was clever enough not to overload his picture with bloated text, just to have a hypothetical reference to KDE.
anyway, what does ``kde related'' means, for a wallpaper ? nothing to me.

what do you mean by KDE-related !? this is a _Wallpaper_.
I personnaly wouldn't use those as my desktop wallpaper, but that's my choice.
Let other people use it. Rate it if you want, but please, stop moaning when there's no KDE logo !...
