nope i believe the reason is that latest kde now uses a separate file for theming krunner (for whatever silly reason) and so any theme that hasn't been updated will have an invisible krunner.
it might be just a matter of copying a file, i dunno. |

inserting a linux logo/label while respecting perspective&focus is far beyond my PS or Gimp skills (which mostly extend to bumping the contrast hehe)
