I have a debian system.. It compiled fine, and even starts up fine, but when I go to connect a konsole screen flashes on the screen then goes away.. I launched it kssh in konsole and got these messages:

steve@medion:~$ kssh &

Jan 22 2004  on content KNetworkConf

This app is close for me.. why is the default gateway not associated with the device? meaning one gateway(route) for everything? that doesn't make sense to me. I could probably us this except I would need a couple things..
1.
currently I have to issue commands
ifdown eth0
ifup eth0=homenet
or
ifup eth0=worknet

where homenet and worknet are defined in /etc/network/interfaces
so I would have to be able to alias the device in the console and start the appropriate one.. I used to have something similar on Redhat/ximian for gnome. but now I am on debian and KDE.
2.
support the dynamic defining of dns servers using resolvconf package.
Thanks for listening..

.
nice...

I like it, but the background is a little bright for me. I would soften it up a little.. Otherwise, it is very good.
ps I am not tim or aethna(sp)
