There's no IceWM-Option for Windeco in KDE CVS >= 28.09.2003 any more. Why was it removed? Will it return?

Hi!
Someone out there who knows how to create themes for the new KSplash-Engine in KDE CVS? I've upgraded my CVS-Version last night and discovered the new engine. Now I want to create themes myself, but I don't know how. Anyone has an idea?

Yeah, I know, there is already SourceForge, but I liked to do a different kind of the idea. On codesharingx.tk every developer may upload his projects (include sources) and add screenshots. It's a bit like kde-look.org, but more application-oriented.
I welcome your Cathegory- and other suggestions.
