Hmm, seems to me I need to edit the xml files. I'm doing a little fiddling with some success - I made a version of Humanoid OSX Compact with a white titlebar instead of the grey gradient. I will continue to play and see what else I can do :) |

Hello! I flippin love these compact themes.
Would it be possible to change Humanoid OSX Compact from grey to white and take out the black line along the bottom? Maybe it's relatively simple and I could do it myself, but I'm not a themer and I don't know where to start.

I'm really looking forward to an update of A New Start for GNOME 3.4. A New Start was by far my most-used GTK3 theme until I updated to Ubuntu 12.04 a few days ago.

How do I install a window decoration? Or a theme? I have kubuntu 5.10... does that mean I have some particular version of KDE and can only use some subset of window decorations (I'm looking at where it says "Window Decorations: Native KDE 3.x, Native KDE 3.2+, IceWM, deKorator")? I'm pretty new to linux - I had a knoppix liveCD to play with since January, but only actually got linux installed on my computer a few days ago. |
