Well, I am going to answer myself, maybe someone wants to do the same thta I did (I changed default kmenu icon in this theme -its like a colorfull flower- and a replaced with original kmenu icon, the blue one).
To change de "kmenu" icon for this theme, the path is:
/home/youruser/.kde/share/icons/OxygenRefit2-black-version/64x64/places/start-here-kde.png
The name for kmenu icon is not "kde.png" or "kmenu.png", and its not located in apps/ folder as in other icon themes. You have to change the icon (keeping the same name,start-here-kde.png) for different sizes: 16x16, 22x22, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64 and 128x128.

Hi! Congratulations for your theme, is really good. I just have a question: how can I change the icon for kmenu? I would like to put the original kmenu blue icon, instead of the colorfull flower.
I ask this, because I was searching in "/home/fernando/.kde/icons/Oxygenrefit/apps/xx.xx/kmenu.png" but I didnt found "kmenu.png".
