You don't get it. This is simply showing of an application for the Gnome Desktop for easily creating Widget Styles and thus themes with Gnome. And anyway the colors do match ... it might not be a great theme, but the colors do match. |

Try opening it in file-roller and then saving it with the ending tar.gz ... that should do the trick |

Looks great ... unfortunately it doesn't work in my machine ... for some strange reason it keeps falling back to the Gnome default theme (yes, i do have the clearlooks theme engine installed) ... any suggestions ? |

Nice wallpaper. Just a question, where did you get the Novell Icon theme from? Is it in Debian ... i have been looking for it for quiet a while but haven't found it anywhere. Cheers |

i think things like quartz and quartz extreme are far more advanced than anything linux has to offer, although i am not a mac-user (using linux). Also OSX doesn't offer 1001 programms for the same job, they usually have one app and that is really well designed as well as integrated with other apps - and things tend to work out of the box without too much fiddling to do. So far i've never heard anybody complain, who owns a mac. However i do not like the aqua/panther look, i prefer flat themes. Still - i think my next laptop will be an ibook - if ever i will be able to afford one that is |

Well, what behaviour ??? I thought somehow KDE-Look was all about Artwork to beautify your desktop and to post it up here, as far as i can see Tim has exactly done that - no matter what you believe or if you like the content. Tim might also turn aroud and say he is offended by nude women as a background and the like ... censorship is a bad thing and always has been (unless it is inticing you to criminal action, or of exceptionally bad taste or illegal) - i agree with Abe - if you are so offended by it don't look at it, simple. i really don't know what all the fuss is about! |
