You can just drag downloaded file to theme manager , it will install automatically . |

Why QT or GTK won't be able to handle these XML files ? I think that user should have decide what it will do . If theme will require to show menu in normal style , or like on Gentle Gnome Mockup , it will do . But if user will want to have OSX menubar or menu on titlebar , it will work , for GTK and QT . Notice that using MacOS menubars on qt looks weirt on gnome , and with XML menubars Gnome will be able to handle this . |

if the mouse pionter isn't on title bar , only app title will be shown . But this idea isn't about a menu bar on titlebar , but about making menus a XML script which can be fully customized , for example making menu apearing on titlebar on mouse over . |

Generally , it's about make menus just a XML script , which can be used for example by metacity/kwin to show menu on titlebar on mouseover . It can be also used to create top menu just like that form MacOSX which will work both on GTK+ and QT . Menus that appear on titlebar are only an idea how it can be used ... and it's original , isn't it ? :P |

We could have no free space , if will be possible to simply drag the window on the menu bar . I added a mockup which show that . |
