When you log in as root and install the eyeGamesGallery (my updated version), you will see a link on the desktop - eyeGames Admin. Just click (or double-click) it once and the admin app will appear.
Add to eyeDock doesn't work as yet.
Glad you enjoyed it. It's about time v1.9 became mainstream. |

1. in Preferences -> Repository, use the repo:
http://www.gnuacademy.org/pkgsoft/
2. Applications -> Install Apps -> Update
3. Create a webserver writeable folder /eyeos/eyeOSxxxxxx/apps/share/eyeGames
4. Applications -> Install Apps -> Games -> eyeGamesGallery -> Install
This is the updated version. In case you have a duplicate entry due to any other repo, then delete the others. If you cannot, then edit the file at /eyeos/eyeOSxxxxxxx/system/conf/ports.xml to be my repo listed in 1 above.
5. Create a zero byte file as /eyeos/soundmovies.swf - this is required so that the sample swf game will not cause apache warnings.
On installing, it will create an eyeGamesAdmin link on the root desktop.

The folder eyeos/eyeOSxxxxxx/apps/share/eyeGames needs to be created and writeable by the web server.
This is where a conf.xml file containing the details of the Games will be stored. Unfortunately, when no such file or if no game is present in the file, the eyeGamesAdmin tool does not allow us to add any game.
I have an updated version of eyeos/eyeOSxxxxxx/apps/eyeGamesAdmin/app.eyecode that makes sure that the conf.xml file is present and atleast one sample game is always present.
The eyeos/eyeOSxxxxxx/apps/share/eyeGames folder still needs to be manually created.
