It's actually like this....
I am just 16 and took hard time to make this. So I want to make it the best theme ever in the history of mimicking windows. As soon as the work is over I will release on my site with a password which will be distributed to a no. of people only. It is because everything has been taken from Windows 7 Dlls. If you could wait for a week or so you will get theme and the procedure also

Or I will upload it on my site with a password and I will send you the password by e-mail. If you want you can also circulate the password to other whom YOU TRUST! The image files belong to microsoft therefore be careful while handling the password spread.
