I'm waiting for gnome 3, the first impact is not good, in fact i posted my concept here hopeing for visibility..
i think GNOME shell it will be better in the future.
kde4 when was begin, wasn't pretty like now.
You will go on kde also if my concept will become reality? :( |

i think because it is a theme for gnome , not for xfce.
you must to go to xfce-look.org for to find themes.
