hmm i can't recall but i remember looking up some tutorial showing how to put relative as default by manually configuring the xorg conf...ill try to look for it and send it to you |

yea i already tried configuring the tablet in gimp...the stylus works fine under absolute mode but nothing happens when i use relative mode in gimp...i use jaunty and i didnt have this problem in intrepid...
basically absolute mode...the tablet is the monitor, so if you put the stylus on the left corner tablet, the cursor will be on the left corner on the screen...relative mode gives your more freedom... |

sorry for the late reply. well in relative mode, there's no pressure sensitivity and i wonder if relative mode can be automatically default during startup. And i can't get the pad to work with gimp...

is there any way to have the tablet on relative mode as default and have pressure sensitivity? i checked the pressure and extra pad options doesn't seem to work.
