I've just added qnut/nut to netdev group..without any other permission (chmod/chown)
Launching qnut from root user..i recive no error on hal but the applet doesn't work (no device found) |

tnx for workaround on flex and bison..now compilation process works fine..but i still got the same error on dbus (i've added qnut/nut to netdev group without successfull)
I'll stay in tune for further informations

The apps seems good and usefull but..
Compile process failed on yacc's commands:
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/dyve/Desktop/nut/nuts'
yacc -d -p configparser -b configparser configparser.y
usage: yacc [OPTIONS] file
-b prefix Change `y' into `prefix' in all output filenames
-d Generate header file `y.tab.h'
-DNAME Define btyacc preprocessor variable NAME
-E Print preprocessed grammar to stdout
-l Do not insert #line directives into generated code
-r Write tables to `y.tab.c', code to `y.code.c'
-S x.skel Select parser skeleton
-t Include debugging code in generated parser
-v Write description of parser to `y.output'
make[1]: *** [configparser_yacc.h] Error 1
- I've downloaded debian packages and installed requests packets add-on.
The result is that cnut, nut and qnut (gui) are perfectely installed..but neither qnut noor cnut are able to work.
I've launched from terminal and the messages output is:
"(org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.InvalidSignature) Failed to get DeviceList"
I've two system: Xubuntu Hardy with kernel 2.6.25.4 and zenwalk (same kernel)
Any chance?

There is a programs that comes before Vista..and is called Xwinwrap
http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/xapps/xwinwrap/
all u need is a composite manager to start it

ok..i think the path is automatically set to correct..
This is a complete log from sh ./install.sh
as i cannot recognize exactly which is the mai error..i don't know if depends on some devel package or whatelse..
Normally i have no problems with cmake or application built with cmake
