My GSoC project is "Bibliography engine integration and UI to manage citations". Calligra Words can add/remove citations and bibliographies. But it doesn't store citations for future use. It is very common use case. Words doesn't have any interface for bibliography engines. Some other word processors like LibreOffice and OpenOffice provides an interface for third party softwares like zotero, bibus, Kile etc.  The aim of this project is to provide a user interface which will let the users manage and organize citation database and to provide an interface for bibliography engines which allows them to insert citation and bibliography in Words.ProgressBibliography database editorStep 1 was to create an user interface for citation database editor.This database is saved in Sqlite database. Another May, another Ubuntu Developers Summit. This time I am in Oakland, California, USA (even if my tweets shows Dallas, Texas as geolocation).As usual with US trips this one took insane amount of time. But I was 3cm from not going here… Why?
