 nice but not perfect

First off, big thank you and congratulations to all people who made this possible. Great work, and a huge leap from 3.1, both feature- and performance-wise. However, I cannot overlook the fact that several important bugs from rc1 are still not fixed. Overall, this release feels more like rc2 than a final. I hope, the next maintenance release clears this up.

Its 2004.. kde-3.2 is here, fast and crisp - I guess the best kde ever. That reminds me.. my first view of kde was in 1999! reaching 5 years. Its been wonderful.. and I hope it continues for long long time.

Thanks to the kde-look.org team too! For whatever I learnt about kde, for the various fights/debates/discussions.. and much much more :)

Once again.. thanks, best wishes and congratulations!

 KDE 3.2 rocks on MDK

Yesterday all I typed was:

su
*******
urpmi.update cooker_rpms
urpmi kdebase

Between the ease of urpmi, the many speed gains from kernel 2.6, and all the polish and speed improvements in kde 3.2 I am a happy boy.

Thanks too everyone involved.

I know I know it has been said in a dozen posts before me, but I would just like to add my personal thanks to the mix here. The KDE team is really an amazing group, I am really blown away each and every release as all of my expectations are met and then exceeded.

YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
