I just explain to my wife what I'm doing and how she can help, her eyes glaze over, and she leaves.

I don't think I could program much if I had to do that.

I guess he meant that he does not has enough money.

I buy my husband latest RPG game and I have peace for 1 week. Or a very hard strategy game to have peace for 2 weeks. it works.

Nice idea. Could you suggest some games I could buy for my wife? ;-)

Telling everyone your off to use Linux usually works as i get groans and, shut up about Linux, comments. But id prob tell everyone they'd think im joking anyway. Besides with the tools avalible today id set the program off go down stairs where everyone is and pretend to do something and if they ask i just say "Hacking" and smile, they dont beleive me anyway. Though if anyone has seen the Matrix Reloaded the hack they do to shut power off is on a unix machine and the just go into single user mode changed the password log in as root and kill all processes. Worrigly simple. o.O

I just sit down and hack around a little bit ;). I don't have to pretend anything... And if anyone asks me I just answer "doing something with Linux" and somehow everyone leaves immediatly.
