I thought the "development" folder was meant for Fedora Core 3?

 tarballs

For some reason, the distribution tarballs don't build on some systems. If you start a 'make World' and find that the script parses through the entire xc tree without attempting to compile anything, download the tree via CVS. For whatever reason, the CVS tree works, while tarballs don't. A few other people besides myself have had this problem, and the CVS tree is the only way that any of us got Xorg compiled.

 Slacky

On http://www.linuxpackages.net/download.php?id=4369
you find the new packs for slacky.
There is a package called xcompmgr too if you wish to play with the new composite features you will need this application installed also. To test once you have the package install you can start it with the xcompmgr -c .
I'll upgradepkg at home too soon. I suppose tomorrow (Matematica Discreta Exams will kill me).
(I try it at university)
I'm very curious for the new SiS MO support. Can I definitely play tuxracer?

P.S. For the xtrasparence is better wait for new kde release I suppose

TUX!!! I LOVE YOU

To mess up a Linux box, you need to work at it; to mess up your Windows box, you just need to work on it.
