Problem changing....

Hi.. I am having problem changing background wallpaper.. and changing background color on my newly compiled kde3.. I also couldn't find where to change the color of kpanel
there is an error message (in x11 error log) saying "incompatable libpng version in application and library" everything else runs fine.. except i couldn't change wallpaper.. I only compiled kde3base.
does it has anything to do with that error? i m using libpng 1.2.1.. thanks

How about removing content if its rating is beneath, say, 30% after at least 100 votes?? That way a everybody still has a chance of offering his work, but if it shows to be real crap, it will be removed!!

I think thiss is a better system than having moderators, because then you are partly stuck to their personal taste.

Is there way to see the uploads that have gone below 20% or are they just deleted?

I found some nice icons before (for KDE3), and the critics were not bad at all, but suddenly they dissapeared from the list.

Are they still there? Were they banned for some reason?

So, if somebody doesn't like some wallpaper and votes a couple of times saying it's bad, nobody else can see it to critisize it, and/or even improve the score? You should allow some minimum "visits" before it dissapears from the list, or allow seeing contents below 20% score.

right. The 20% is even worse since some people seem to use it for Denial-of-Service of certain wallpapers. Since the voting system is still unreliable someone was able to vote my recent submissions (the rating dropped within minutes) below 20% and these submissions were deleted :-(

Seems like some Script kiddies got pissed of by my petition.
