 cool but...

could you have a feature to not show these?

I might need to get used to them but these pictures seem to make the pages more clogged up. I liked the old minimalistic look.

Seeing peoples faces is really cool though. I hope people put real pictures rather than "Avatars"

Well, as long as you don't dare to upload a real photo of yours, you don't have to care ;-)

I agree... I don't want to have the page load time increase too much. I'd suggest doing the following to enhance small photos, as they tend to blur and become unclear:

convert -sample 50x50 -normalize -unsharp 2x2 $img thumb_$img

if it's really fuzzy/dull colors do:

convert -sample 50x50 -normalize -unsharp 2x2 -sharpen 1x1 $img thumb_$img

...the above requires ImageMagick, and you have to expand the $img variable to whatever your file name is, of course.

50 x 50 is good, but if the image is near the comment the image could be 100x100. No?.
But it's a good good idea ^^.
Now I remember the guys for their avatar and not for nick.

TUX!!! I LOVE YOU
