Changelog:

ATTENTION BIG CHANGES

The biggest change in this release is how you compile / execute the program. These changes have been made to end a number of bugs attributed to improper installation files used by the application.

So after get the source and unpack ... run in console:

qmake or qmake-qt4 2ManDVD.pro 2ManDVD.pro (on fedora)
make

and finally:

sudo make install

And I stress the make install (as root)

Then you can start the application from your main menu (kde & gnome tested)

Oh my god i really cry when i saw this jewel of programation on my OpenSuse REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVE 2MANDVD and i dont believe this program run in linux is really profesional and good for the eyes saw this artistic interface.
I dont lie if i said this program is the best i see in all interfaces i used is practicle and works fine i almost all the cases.
But (because alway there is a but) exist one thing not advance for mi on this beatifull version and this is some of the buttons.

The program still no change a image button qhen it is pressed or select . I mean i select some button (image) and this change.

If this program incluide the psobility to do this and put video clips likes buttons this REALLY exceeds my expectatives y exceed the QDVDauthor

Sorry for my inglish and sorry for my "review" i know bothers the critics but i not pas the opportunity to say what i love this program , and his misiisng things.

Good Bye an Really GOOD LOOK

For buttons the problem is that the dvdauthoring tools says that mask can't use more than 4 colors in select and over masks ... So it's possible with very basics buttons but not with video and true color pictures ... But maybe one day ;-)

The only word in french i know is "merde" and the only sentence i know is "putain de merde" (i dislike the french language, sorry).

So i am a little bit lost here. I hope there will be translations soon, so i will know what i am doing :)

There is no need to get ugly and to insult me. I just cant stand french, thats all. My personal thing.

English is also not my native language - but english is the world language (and the chosen language of Linux).

So, all linux projects offer english language, not french, not russian, not german - ENGLISH

Is it that hard to understand ?

my english is also not very good but i am intelligent enough to admit that english is the language we write and speak in order to understand each other.

Your attitude of "i am a french and i am so proud of my language and do all in french" is not very helpful. So, learn english and go ahead or shut up yourself.

I am soo tired of those arrogant french people and their ugly language ... :/

If somebody is arrogant here, it's YOU !
We don't care you can't stand French so keep your silly comments for yourself or try to show us a bit of intelligence.

Aim of opensource is everybody can contribute, so just wait somebody provide the English translation and don't bother people who works for free to provide great apps to the community.

Yes, i am very funny. So are you.

And no, i do not have a english interface - only french.

And yes, Windows (and MacOS) is much better than Linux if it comes to video editing, authoring or compositing.

But most Linux fanboys cant admit that.

Anyway, i wish you luck in this english world with your french projects.

Herb

Yes linux is not better than OSX and Win for compositing et video editing but developpers work on there free time (like me) so you could be more polish ...

And you Why don't your write a Premier or Avid tool for Linux ... I HATE persons like you ... Your are not ready for OpenSource and Opencommunities ....

Sorry but i have much better to do than loosing my time to help you ...
Go buying Nero or anything else for you best OS ...

? polish ..

oh, i think you mean "polite", right ? Since i am german, not of polish decent.

And i already bought Nero for my Linux - since its the only software who can make blu-ray. Thank you very much.

And yes, i am also using Avid and Adobe Premiere on my Compositing box. No need to use linux for that since there is no real software for it.

I cant tell you what 2DVDMan tells me on the console since i removed it a few minutes ago - i dont want to waste my precious time with translating your software.

And yes, i love you too ..... you are a real frenchy.

Herb
