Changelog:

ATTENTION BIG CHANGES

The biggest change in this release is how you compile / execute the program. These changes have been made to end a number of bugs attributed to improper installation files used by the application.

So after get the source and unpack ... run in console:

qmake or qmake-qt4 2ManDVD.pro 2ManDVD.pro (on fedora)
make

and finally:

sudo make install

And I stress the make install (as root)

Then you can start the application from your main menu (kde & gnome tested)

 very good app

Congratulations for this very very good application.

Is it possible to let me define the font size for the labels i add to menu's ?

Now i have to press enter to make force the recalculation of menu font, to have a smaller label. But if i re-open the project later, the labels are again very big.

Again my congrats

Vagelis

Hi,

Yes you can change the font size but whith the zoom tool (top menu). Text is known as an image... and fill your button size.

For the automatic resize when you reopen a project it's a bug and i'm working on it .... It's due to the return you put at the nd of your line.

Sorry for my english

Stéphane

audio not in sync - pls help

Please, can someone give me an advice how to convert an avi into a DVD with this application? I every time got a huge audio synchronization problem. At the begining the audio is in sync but with every couple minutes it's getting worse.
And I don't talk about a few seconds - After an hour the audio is many seconds (if not minutes) out of sync.
I've no clue what I do wrong here :(

The problem will be fix maybe in the next release if i find time.

You can also convert your avi file to mpeg (DVD) with avidemux.

 avi files

Sorry, but again I ask, maybe not read my question:

Hello!
I'm beginning to learn the program and it is amazing.

The only problem I have is:
I try to build a DVD from avi files.

When you add a file (91 min) 2mandvd says I have 86% free of my DVD... it is correct?

The size of the dvd resulting is too small, I sense that the dvd will not be able to play a dvd player.

:S

sorry, just found the *.ts files, but looks like they are not ready.

And a question for packaging: which path does it check for translations? should be something like /usr/share/2mandvd/locale

It's a beta don't package it there will be new release probably before end of week or begin on next week. Translations will come next.

For the moment i would like ideas or critism (!!!) on the interface or bug chase

Looks like language files are ready with 0.9b3. But what's the exact locale path for 2ManDVD ?

Tried to put *.qm files in /usr/share/2mandvd and /usr/share/2mandvd/locale. Both failed. It's looking in /usr/bin, what's the wrong path for locale files.

It's RC now, should be ready for packaging but the locale stuff is still broken here.
