Update:
Something I neglected to mention in my initial posting, this theme supports user configured "button layout" and "window title alignment".

So, to make it look anything like that screenshot, in Xfwm's configuration manager, move all the buttons to the left and set the title alignment to left also.

I designed it that way because I think *you* know way better than me which buttons you need/want on your windows.

Simply great! I agree with kiwiremysaotome, probably the best BeOS Xfwm theme.

I'm using it right now, with Visitor 10px, and it is perfect. The theme BsOS based that I was waiting for.

Wow, it magically blends with the menubar of my theme Candido Watermark. See for your self ;)
It was a great idea to make it GTK-colourable

Been looking for a great theme for quite a while. I am very picky and haven't been able to find anything that looked good, was functional, and worked really well through all of the uses I have for a computer.
