Description:

This is the way I see a KDE circular dock.

It would appear by clicking on K icon and disappear when clicking back or launching one of the shortcuts. Only K icon would stay on desktop.

Icons may me droped in it and have a zoom-in effect when mouse-over and being transparent and unzoomed when mouse isn't overing them.

The "All Apps" shortcut may lead to one of the KDE4 menus (Raptor, classical menu, Kicker or Lancelot).

That's just an idea, but it could be nice I think.
